Sleep Consulting Process

1. Reach Out
Text or email Raquel personally to share the type of sleep support your child needs. This helps her understand your family’s unique situation and goals.

2. Discuss Pricing & Support Options
Raquel will review your needs and discuss pricing based on the timeframe of support you are looking for. The standard pricing baseline is two weeks of full support at $550. If you would like extended availability beyond the standard timeframe, that option is also available for an additional fee. She will help you choose the plan that best fits your family.

3. Ongoing Virtual Support
Once your plan is in place, you will have full virtual access to Raquel throughout the agreed-upon timeframe. You can reach out anytime to discuss problems and progress, ask questions, and receive specific guidance as your child builds healthy sleep habits.

About Raquel

Raquel is a registered nurse, certified pediatric sleep consultant, and certified full spectrum doula. With a deep-rooted background in caring for children and families within their homes, she brings a long history of hands-on childcare experience across all stages of early family life.

Before becoming a registered nurse, Raquel spent many years working as a nanny and later owned and operated her own nannying business, supporting families in the day-to-day rhythms of caring for infants and young children. Throughout most of her doula career, she has worked with a primary focus on postpartum care providing newborn overnight care in the home, and offering practical sleep support during one of the most vulnerable seasons of parenthood.

Raquel’s approach to sleep support is grounded in both clinical knowledge and lived experience. She believes that restful sleep is built through trust, responsiveness, and a deep understanding of each family’s unique needs. By combining evidence-based guidance with compassionate, virtual or in-home style support, she creates a steady, calming presence for families as they adjust, heal, and grow.

Her work is centered on providing a gentle harbor for families—supporting not only babies, but the parents who care for them—so they feel confident, rested, and truly supported along the way.
